Anonymous asked: Well, it depends what you do each day, and it can take months to healthily lose a lot of weight. I mean, I don't know how large you are, but I hate to see people trying all these shitty fad things that are straight up bad for them, just for the sake of losing a few pounds for about a month. Anything you lose on a liquid diet will go straight back on as soon as you start eating solids again.
